This Cake is a house delicacy. We use quality chocolate that we make into a luscious ganache. We whip eggs and add them to the ganache to create an airy, cakey batter. The end result is light, creamy, and mousy. We top it with a nice layer of powdered sugar and edible ricepaper butterflies!

Divine indulgence

The flourless chocolate cake was superb. It was beautifully presented, tasted every bit as good as it looked and very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Looking forward to trying the other goodies.
